Hello, my name is Will, and I’m from Stewarts Point Rancheria and am a Crew Member at TERA. I was a Native Stewards Fellowship alumni in 2023, and was brought on the the On-the-Job (OJT) Training program. I have two favorite parts about the TERA workplace environment. My first is the knowledge I gain about all the Native plant species and all the benefits that they all have. My second part was that me being from the Coast, I got to find out how big my family tree really is and how a lot of the crew is also family. For example, I realized I had family in Lake County and down to Middletown.
